I died! As well, I am about 100% that I pulled my lower back muscles. This really sucks because I am setting up new releases tonight and that means I have to bend over repeatedly. I might not make it through the night.
Has anyone tried those warm back pad things? I might to get one. Advil has masked the pain, and I used some Voltaren too. Maybe even a link to some good back stretches?

I am very surprised these photos turned out so well. I am shaking so bad. Not to mention how sore my abs are.
Overall it was amazing though. I am going to have to start up some more Insanity. I have missed it and kind of sucked at it today.
Now for a fast shower while Ace watches some tv….I hope.
here it is! my schedule up in my bathroom. I blacked out Phil’s email, because well I don’t know how many creeps out there reading this would decide to email him and hack him. I am doing him justice I think.
Today is a rest day and a much needed one. My arms (triceps mostly) are killing me. I also have my 8 hour shift today so it was a scheduled rest day already. I very impressed by the way this all played out. I won’t take ALL this rest days. Monday I will add some Yoga or Insanity. But as for DDP this is it. It works perfectly and I didn’t even plan it that way.
I am going to do some stretches once I get home, my back, legs, neck….whole body pretty much feels a little tight.
Now if only I could find my yoga DVD….to be continued
Did the Diamond Dozen DDP Yoga, just a run down of the moves. I burned 81 calories and felt pretty darn good after. Though I will add that I thought it was odd this DVD is considered a work out day.
That being said, I did Cardio ABs after to get a really good sweat on.
I plan on keeping up with the 13 week schedule and have printed it out (yeah I download, shoot me.) though on my calendar print outs because my one that downloaded with my videos wasn’t very easy to read. I will post a photo later tonight.
For now it’s dinner prep! Turkey Burgers FTW (homemade to boot)
Top is of the beautiful sunset, which I have been monitoring daily and we gain about an extra minute every day on that time. Today it was 5:40 and still a sliver of light so this is par for the course in January and makes me excited for longer days every year. As a SAD sufferer it keeps me going.
Then we have my Core Cardio & Balance results. I thought, eh, it’ll be a good stretch workout and not too hard. Not too hard I said, it was bloody hard. My triceps and hams were still a little sore from yesterday so it was a lot of pushing past that uncomfortable feeling.
Over all a good work out. Tomorrow is a rest day and if I am not too tired after work I’ll attempt some yoga to stretch out these sore muscles. I need to find a yoga class with good hours in town. Off to check the website of the one right downtown. Oh I am excited!
I pumped this out. I can tell you I wasn’t in the mood at all, and completely forgot to start it until 5 minutes in, my bad.
I have since had a shower and a few chestnuts that were not moldy. I have a big love for chestnuts.
Anyone have a good tip of keeping me out of the freezer to eat the cake that lives in it? it’s all I can think about!
First, Phil deleting the BeachBody fold on the computer means he deleted everything! Fit Test Results and measurements. I am now praying the measurements were written down on here I know my fit test results are.
Second, I did my fit test and Max Recovery today. Over a hour session complete. The last two workouts on my quads/hips/abs killed me. But what really got me were the low plank to high planks, I seriously had to fight so hard through them I felt numb.
My workout clothes could’ve been rung out today. I hope, no I WILL get that sweat on just as well tomorrow.
Max Plyo and I have a date in about ten minutes or so. I plan on making it my bitch.
This morning I woke up early thinking about going for a run, Gideon Cross won out in the end. But I promised myself that I would go for said run tonight around 8:30-9. Going to set an alarm on my phone to make sure I get my butt out there.
I am getting my hair did this afternoon. Nothing to special just a trim because I feel it needs to be long for the waves/curls to sit properly. Otherwise it needs to be really short and I am a pony tail girl so that doesn’t work at all for me.
Otherwise it’s just a lazy day and maybe a “let’s go out so I can improve this tan” kind of day.

Yep. That happened today. As I type this my shoulders and hams are on fire! Quads a little but not as much.
I need to tighten those hams so that’s ok. But today was a large forced work out. A full hour, with a sinus headache creeping up 30 minutes in is a nightmare. Allergies suck the big one.
Also I can not stop eating right now! Had soup, two pieces of bread, a bowl of strawberries and now my Banana Oat Cereal (pretty much just all things fiber in a bowl), water and now tea.
I just can’t shake the hunger at all. Part of it I think is boredom, but I am really not sure.
Now is time to go get Hermione (2 days of school left!!!) Then it’s off to work. Have a good day everyone! Sweat it up!
